The Amalfi Coast! How’d you like to spend July here?

Did you ever want to go on one of those pre-packaged vacations but…like…as a vegan, wtf would you eat? Well this July, Tierno Tours and Green Earth Travel are bringing you four one-week ALL-VEGAN travel tours of Italy’s Almafi Coast region!
And it sounds AMAZEPANTS. To top off the awesome, a different
vegenlebrity will attend each tour! YOU could live it up in Italy with
the likes of Fran Costigan or Miyoko Schinner!

Day 7: Pompeii and Paestum

Each
tour has the same 7-day itinerary, it’s just up to you to pick which
week you can go or what veleb (hahaha I just made that up) you want to
go with. The price of each tour starts at $2,595 and includes:

• 7 Breakfasts continental
• 4 Lunches, including wine
• 7 Dinners, including wine
• 7 Nights in four-star Villa/B&B
• Transfers to and from Naples Airport
• Admission to sites on tour
• English speaking guide the entire stay
• First class motor coach
• Tips for baggage handling, taxes and hotel gratuity, except Tour Director

The
accommodations are all in the National Park of Cilento—this park
sounds incredible! It’s not like our National Parks, it’s full of
villages. And it’s all hills I think. PLUS, historically, the diet of
Southern Italy is 80{ae720e0b436026f867bfa0c31185c2252a138f27e85f5f152ec5acc1c10a8cc9} plant-based! It’s been declared one of the
healthiest diets in the world—DUH BECAUSE PLANT-BASED EATERS RULE!

And
at the end of every day, there’s a big vegan dinner party, al fresco of
course! I went to an event giving information about the tours and the
food sounds incredible. This is the home of the chickpea frittata after all! Here’s a few pics of food from past tours:

And
if you’re gluten-free, apparently this is the place for you too!
Besides the chickpea flour dishes, they also make cakes and all kinds of
things with chestnut flour! Chestnuts are one of the region’s staple products, along with wine and olive oil! Those are like my three favorite things.

If this is something you’re into, the Tierno Tours site has all the info. The deadlines to book are in April. Tell me if you’re going!!!! It’s so exciting! VEGANS TAKING OVER THE WORLD!
