When I first received a copy of Kim Lutz’s new cookbook Super Seeds: The Complete Guide to Cooking with Power-Packed Chia, Quinoa, Flax, Hemp & Amaranth, I have to say I was a little surprised. It’s a smallish, square book – more compact than a lot of the cookbooks you see on shelves these days. But its size is deceiving because it is absolutely packed – I’d go as far as saying it’s power packed! – with all kinds of great information, and even better ideas about how to get more of these nutritious little miracles into your meals and your diet on a daily basis.
